TERMS

We are committed to making shopping fuss-free and enjoyable for you. Kindly read through the following terms prior to making your purchase. Through procuring our merchandises and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.

 

Pricing:

All prices stated on our Website are in Singapore Dollars. All payments have to be made in Singapore Dollars.

For international customers purchasing from other countries outside of Singapore, please note that any taxes or customs fees in regard to your purchase are to be held responsible by the customer.

Over here, we provide an estimate on the exchange rate to Singapore Dollars for some of the currencies that we normally deal with. However, please check the current prevailing rates for the most updated exchange rate.

Australian Dollar: 0.77 AUD to 1 SGD

Brunei: 1 BND to 1 SGD

New Zealand: 0.97 NZD to 1 SGD

Europe: 0.62 EUR to 1 SGD

USA: 0.80 USD to 1 SGD

Malaysia: 2.47 MYR to 1 SGD

 

Delivery:

  • Shop Laurella is unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made once they have been confirmed. Kindly ensure that the correct size, colour and address have been inputted prior to making payment.
  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays(Singapore).
  • Shop Laurella will not be held liable for any lost parcels / damaged items mailed out should customer/ visitor opt for normal/ regular postage.
  • Meet-ups are only offered during festive seasons currently. Request for meet-ups outside of these time-frames will be duly declined.

 

Defective/ Faulty Item(s) received:

  • All exchanges have to be mailed back within 10 working days from the day the parcel was delivered. 
  • We apologize for mailing you a defective/faulty item. Please take a snapshot of the defective area and forward the snapshot to us at admin@shoplaurella.com.
  • An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective/ faulty*. Shop Laurella will reimburse normal postage for defected / wrong item(s) sent. There is strictly no cash refund unless the exact same piece is Out of Stock.

*Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all four conditions will be duly declined.

*There may be a 0.5”-0.8” difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.

  • All exchanges/ returns will be processed and dealt with by the Defects Department and they will only be handled via mail.
  • Shop Laurella will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchange.

 

Incorrect Item(s) received:

  • All exchanges have to mailed back within 10 working days from the day the parcel was delivered.
  • We apologize for mailing you an incorrect item. Please take a snapshot of the item received and forward the snapshot to us at admin@shoplaurella.com. We will also reimburse for additional postage/shipping fees incurred.
  • An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect*. Shop Laurella will reimburse normal postage for wrong item(s) sent to customer. There is strictly no cash refund unless the exact same piece is Out of Stock.

*Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all four conditions will be duly declined.

Exchanges for Incorrect Size purchased:

  • All exchanges have to mailed back within 10 working days from the day the parcel was delivered.
  • We do provide exchanges in size**. However, postage will be borne by the customer as all measurements have been provided. Customers are highly recommended to mail the item via registered mail to us. Shop Laurella will not proceed on with the exchange if the parcel does not reach us and is not liable for loss mails sent via normal mail. 
  • Exchanges are subjected to stock availability and we do not provide cash refunds for such exchanges.
  • All exchanges are final and further requests for exchange will be denied.

*Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all four conditions will be duly declined.

**Only applicable to Non–sale items. Exchanges in size do not apply to items from the Sale section. 

  • All exchanges/ returns will be processed and dealt with by the Exchange/Defects Department and they will only be handled via mail. Shop Laurella will reject any request to mail these items alongside with a new order.
  • Shop Laurella will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchange. 

 

Payment:

  • We only accept three modes of Payment. They are Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. 
  • For customers who choose VISA and Mastercard via Paypal as their payment method, order(s) will be reserved for 2 hours upon receiving an invoice. PayPal payments are immediate and therefore products are immediately reserved.

 

Products:

  • Colors of products may differ due to color calibration of individual's computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
  • A difference of 0.5”-0.8” between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect.
  • Shop Laurella will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchanges.

 

Product Care:

  • You are advised to hand wash all Shop Laurella apparels (individually) without soaking for the first few washes.
  • Low to Medium heat ironing is encouraged for all products except those that contain silk, satin and chiffon. We would encourage steaming or ironing them using indirect heat (by placing a fabric/cloth between the item and iron).

 

Usage of Site:

  • Shop Laurella may feature pictures, articles, information, digital images, text, data, games, surveys, contests, promotions, advertising, logos, trademarks and other forms of content*** we deem will be of interest to our customers or visitors. This Content can be viewed, transferred, shared and stored by our customers and guest. However, the ownership of this Content belongs to shoplaurella.com and by downloading or storing of this Content does not render the customer or visitor the rights nor ownership to it.

***Collectively, content composite one or more of the following - text, data, music, sound, graphics, images, pictures, photographs, videos, software or other forms later created or not known at this time.

  • Content extracted from shoplaurella.com and published or shared on any platforms must be credited. Shop Laurella reserves the rights to pursue legal actions against unauthorized usage of this Content.
